Pastors Stan & Alicia McKenzie gave their lives to The Lord on July 25th, 1993 under the leadership of Senior Pastor Jettie Lee Cornett of Greater Grace Temple COGIC. In 1995, Pastor Stan was called to minister the word of God and installed as a minister of the gospel. Pastor Alicia gladly served on the Minister and Deacons' Wives Board and on the Ushers Board. Together they served over the Couples' Ministry. In 1999, Pastor Stan was ordained as an Elder by Pastor Jettie Lee Cornett where they continued to serve in various ministries.

    After several years, they were called by God to transition in good standing to serve at Christian Faith Fellowship of Racine under the leadership of Pastors Willie and Patricia Scott. There Pastor Stan was appointed as Associate Pastor and Pastor Alicia was appointed as Minister in Training and Assistant to Pastor Patricia. Pastor Stan taught Sunday School and led the Prison Ministry as well as other various duties. Pastor Alicia taught Tuesday Night Bible Study and Women of Wisdom Sessions. Both oversaw the couples' ministry.

    Pastors Stan & Alicia faithfully served for 3-4 years and were then called again by God to transition in good standing to serve at Kingdom Builders Fellowship Center and Outreach Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Leon Brown and Co-Pastor Debra Brown. Together, they were both installed as Assistant Pastors. Pastor Stan and Pastor Alicia together oversaw Couple's Ministry and Prison Ministry. Pastor Stan also oversaw Baptism & Communion while also teaching Cell Group, Men's Bible Study, New Member's Class and at appointed times Sunday Morning Service. Pastor Alicia assisted with Leadership & Re-Entry Classes, oversaw the Usher's Board, taught Teen Youth Girl's classes such as Teens N' Touch and Pure Hearts. 

    In September of 2019, God called them to oversee and become Senior Pastors of Life in God Ministries of Racine and they willingly accepted the call. LIGM's mission is to win souls for the kingdom of God. We aim to teach and help build up men, women and children on how to live a life in God according to the Bible. 

    Pastors Stan & Alicia celebrated 31 years of marriage and have 3 beautiful children- TaShonda, Felix (Terita) and Stan Jr (Mary). They also have 6 amazing grandchildren.
